HOLLER CHEVROLET GROUP After seeing a Mazda CX 9 Sport advertised I called and spoke to George, I asked him to walk around the car and tell me what the bodywork condition was like, he assured me there wer advertised I called and spoke to George, I asked him to walk around the car and tell me what the bodywork condition was like, he assured me there were only two small scratches on the rear offside bumper and a long scratch below the hatchback he also said there was a small dink on the rear offside door, he sent me photos of these and told me there were no other paintwork marks. I drove 4 hours to North of Orlando from Cape Coral with the intention of buying this car. When I saw the car a 2010 with 39,000 miles on it I was amazed to see dents and scratches to virtually every part of the car and an obvious repair job to the rear nearside bumper, the rubber seal in the trunk was all ripped. Drivers Mart is part of Holler Chevrolet Group who I believe have six outlets, if the rest of their team are liars like George you would do well to stay away ! Thank you George for wasting a full day for me, I hope your CEO reads this, i'm sure your actions will cost your group sales and make you think about being honest with consumers if you still have future employment. This dealer also goes by the name DRIVER'S MART. I implore you to go somewhere else. You could roll the dice and come away with a car that doesn't give you trouble from the get-go, but don't say you implore you to go somewhere else. You could roll the dice and come away with a car that doesn't give you trouble from the get-go, but don't say you weren't warned. The check engine light went on in our car an hour after we drove off the lot with it. Their response: "Hey, we don't do anything but clean the car up and put it on the lot." They tell you you have 5 days to return the car. Well, my husband signed the contract on a Tuesday, and on Friday (while we were signing the loan papers) he gets a call saying, hey, you have one more day on the warranty period. Um, we don't even have possession of the car yet, how is that possible? You signed the contract on Tuesday. Uh, why wasn't I told this on Tuesday when I signed the contract? Sometimes people forget to do things. That was the response. Are you kidding me? So, basically, we got the car on a Friday night, had one day left on the warranty, the engine light comes on not an hour after getting the car, and they say, well, you can get your old car back tomorrow. No offer of doing diagnostics even, unless we want to pay $75. I can tell you right now, that light did not come on magically after they sold it. It had come on for them, and they shut it off and prayed it wouldn't go on again until the car was in our possession. So, do we get our old car with 250k miles on it back, or take the chance that the engine light isn't anything big? We took the chance. Needed a catalytic converter. Fantastic. Got that replaced before we even made our first payment on the stupid car. Guess what? It's a couple weeks later and the engine light came on again. You are not getting any deals here. They do nothing but take the car, give it a vacuum and a wash, and put it on the lot with a price that is NOT rock bottom. If that engine light comes on or anything else is wrong with it, they will cover it up. If you take the chance and go there and see something you want, use those 5 days (which start after you sign, not after you are in possession) to have it thoroughly checked out. If it falls apart when you drive away in it, they will not care and will not help you out. More
