Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

My wife & I were looking for another car for her, we had decided on a Nissan Murano after she drove one at another dealer where we could just make the deal work. We then went to another dealer in Sanford to decided on a Nissan Murano after she drove one at another dealer where we could just make the deal work. We then went to another dealer in Sanford to look at another --This turned out to be a horror show. I then found a Murano that looked good so I called and spoke to Matthew @ Drivers Mart & let him know we were coming the next afternoon. When we arrived he had already brought the car around for us to look at, we looked it over & took a test drive-Everything went smoothly. I already knew the price as they are a set price dealership ( which I love) We sat down he looked at our trade in ( a 2003 Buick Rendezvous that was way past it's sell by date) & offered us what I felt was a fair price for the trade in. --This was by far the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in a car dealership. --Everything was straight forward with no hidden fee's etc. ( there is a dealer fee, tax, tag & title but this is everywhere). We were in & out in less then 2 hours & driving home in the new to us Murano. I cannot stress enough how enjoyable this purchasing experience was, unlike those you can expect from many dealerships. Matthew & Abram were informative & willing and able to answer any questions we had. --Granted we were an easy sale--We knew what we wanted & we knew the price going in & we were a cash deal. Matthew & Abram I hope you see this & I want you to know how much we appreciate your making this transaction quick & painless. If you are looking for another car and you are within 200 miles of Drivers Mart in Sanford Fl. I suggest you call them, I can say for sure when I need another car This is who I will call first More

I picked a car from their website. Mario Ataalla was quick to respond back to me stating vehicle was still available. Mario texted me several times to set up a time to see the car. They have lot's of nice vehicles, No Negotiation Policy, High Dealer Fees and other charges, deduct allegedly needed trade-in repair costs from appraisal. We purchased Same Make, Model, Year and Condition High Dealer Fees and other charges, deduct allegedly needed trade-in repair costs from appraisal. We purchased Same Make, Model, Year and Condition from another dealer for much less. Only differences, vehicle color and saved quite a bit of money at teh other dealership. More
