Mark Kantor was the sales representative that helped me with my purchase. I live in Ft. Worth, Texas and Mark did a great job of communicating with me to take care of all the necessary paperwork to complete my purchase. He was able to arrange for my car to be shipped for a good price. He was also able to get me a good deal on some new tires for my car. My car was as pictured and Mark helped to answer all of the questions that I had about the car. All in all it was a great experience and I received a beautiful car. More

Don’t over value your cars They had a mustang that is priced at $9k they informed me book is $4k only after I tried to buy it . I explained my credit situation and that I had medical bills in collections from being burned in a house fire and that I didn’t want to run my credit unless they could help me I had $1,500 down and he came back a short while can you get $4,000 . So that should have been a red flag from the beginning and now makes sense after they told me the car books out at $4,000. So I was paying off their over priced value and would only owe what the car is truly worth . I would be basically be giving them a free $4,000 . I declined and went to $3,000 and was informed I was not approved wonder why when the car is over priced to begin with . So I went to $3,500 max and he didn’t get back to me for a couple hours until I text him and imagine that I was denied wonder why oh wait it’s still over priced and no bank would give you a loan for a car that would still be over valued by $500 . I gave them a fair chance to make it right and as you can tell from my review they did not . their ad says you’re approved easy financing lol . im sure I’ll get some cleverly worded response to save face but you had you chance . Disrespectful and untruthful Had a pretty normal negotiation for a used car dealership. I wouldn’t purchase the car without some minor bodywork so I picked it up 4 days after the Had a pretty normal negotiation for a used car dealership. I wouldn’t purchase the car without some minor bodywork so I picked it up 4 days after the agreement. At that point they showed me car mats that belonged to another car and didn’t fit at all and only had one key fob. When discussed with the manager he stated “ that he couldn’t bend over any more than he had” we had a heated discussion for 10 minutes but they refused to show any responsibility for the issues. The spare key fob cost $405. I sent an email to the salesman regarding my disappointment but never got anything from that. If you must go there for a specific car. Make them show you absolutely everything before making a deal. Then tell them you can’t do it and start to walk out and you will get another $500 off the already inflated price. More

They will run your credit without permission I came into this dealer ( The Oak Forest) location to purchase a truck because my Credit Union's website had them recommended. I was pre-approved by the credit union so I did not need financing. I was told my social was needed to get the payoff of my trade-in. I stressed I did not want to give my social and did not under any circumstance want my credit ran. I left the dealership at 1pm with the truck and checked my email at about 7pm to see my credit has been ran without my consent or an application. When I contacted the dealership I was told the system automatically runs credit ( a bold faced lie). I have asked for a letter to send to the reporting agencies and have been blown off. I would not recommend these guys they are very dishonest. More
