SO, Mark was my salesman, And Charles was the Manager. I was already very leary of purchasing a car because I had dealt with so much dealership xx prior to this visit. I was assured that if I came dow n a I was already very leary of purchasing a car because I had dealt with so much dealership xx prior to this visit. I was assured that if I came dow n after doing the soft pull I wouldn't leave disappointed. That was factual. I spent maybe 3hrs and I was ready to walk out with a vehicle 68,000 miles totally insured with a reasonable price. I'm very pleased that the truth was spoken then delivered. Thanks Charles and Mark. DO NOT GO TO DRIVETIME | LEMON CAR I purchase a 2013 Veloster in Drivetime Torrance. Zasha the car salesman is good and has great customer service. However, the car I purchased is LEMON! 1. The seatb Veloster in Drivetime Torrance. Zasha the car salesman is good and has great customer service. However, the car I purchased is LEMON! 1. The seatbelt buckle fall off in the first month. 2. The headlight stop working after 6 weeks. 3. The trunk is not opening and it will cost $400 to have it fix. Drivetime customer service sucks, keep insisting about 30 days/1500 miles. After 30 days you gonna kick rocks. The extended warranty only covers engine, and you still need to pay $100 each time you visit your in network mechanic. CS don't offer nothing than a fake apology. You will have high interest in BRIDGECREST which is 80% of your car listed price. I really regret getting my vehicle here. I should have went to a big dealership and save myself with headache and 100 SAFETY. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! More
