Ridiculous interest rates and they lie about the car I was told I would be getting a totally different vehicle than what was delivered to the dealership. I then was talked in to getting the car and treat I was told I would be getting a totally different vehicle than what was delivered to the dealership. I then was talked in to getting the car and treated like an idiot when I expected the features that were promised. After looking at my paperwork when I got home, I noticed that I would be paying more in interest than the car was even worth! To make matters worst, my mechanic said the car was a mess! Upon returning the car, Justin, (the same employee who acted like I was crazy for wanting the features I was promised) acted like he didn't even care about my concerns and didn't listen to a word I said. I literally told him my mechanic said the car didn't check out and he responded with, "well you have a 30 day warranty if you want to take it to a mechanic". What the heck?! Did you listen to anything I just told you?! No Justin. No you didn't. Instead of asking me if I would like to look at any other cars since I was taking this car back, he just says, "ok well let us know if we can help you with any other cars". Wow. That's a great sales pitch. So disappointed with Justin's nonchalant "I don't care about the customer's needs" attitude. I'm so glad that I got out of this horrible deal and found a van for 2k less than the deal they were offering, with 20k less miles, in better condition and with a 5% interest rate! They were offering 22.2% by the way. And no, I don't have stellar credit, but that is highway robbery! Never again. And I will be telling everyone I know about this. More

My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and so incredibly easy to work with. Hemmade the experience about me, and not sales... Opposing me into something I didn't want. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and open. I can't say enough about how excellent this dealership is! Made my car buying experience the best I've ever! They understood all my demands and found the perfect car for me that I would have never considered. Olivia at the Beechmont location was great and very respectful. She didn't get frustrated when I couldn't figure out how to work my windshield wipers nor did she laugh when I felt embarrassed for it being a simple push upwards to turn them on. I really respect Drivetime and all the associates there for making me and my daughter feel welcomed. More
