Shock I went in thinking there was no way I would qualify for a vehicle. Within minutes I was approved. My Experience Jamaal was my sales person. I found him to be very nice but not very informed of his cars or warranty programs. I asked several specific questions t Jamaal was my sales person. I was also very surprised to find out that I only received a half a tank of gas. I was not informed of this and assumed I would receive a full tank, I had to call the dealership to question this. Rashena was the closer of the deal and handled all the necessary paperwork. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She was able to answer all my questions and explain this to me that I was unsure about. I appreciated her thoroughness and working with her was a pleasure. More

LeaveTime When following up on the 5 day return guarantee, the manager acted as if he did not know who I was, although I was present in the location less than 5 When following up on the 5 day return guarantee, the manager acted as if he did not know who I was, although I was present in the location less than 5 business days ago, and purchased the only Honda Insight that was in the dealer lot; when I mentioned that I wanted to cancel optional services or return the vehicle, the store representatives I talked to did not want to help me; they forwarded me to the 800 number, who then forwarded me to another 800 number, who then stated that they could do nothing and that I needed to contact the original dealership. The manager could not recall anything about me or the vehicle, or the interaction in completion of paperwork; he stated he could not help me and that he needed to forward me to his General Manager, who was not reachable; I was last told that I would be contacted by the General Manager first thing in the morning; it is 3pm, and still no call. I now have to take the vehicle back, for something that could have been handled via phone/fax/email. More
