Strung along This specific location seems a Lil shady. I called to utilize my return policy and was told several times someone would call me back. So next will be the repo phase because they haven't returned my call. Sounds like they deliberately killed time on me. My reason for return is because they leased me a truck that at the end of the month will not go in park yet I have to pay for it... OH NO take your truck back. BUT when I call to set that up I get a an oh we will call you back the managers are busy... SERIOUSLY!!!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND A SOUL especially if none of drive time reps try to fix this matter. Now customer service and friendly ways were on point. But of course I'm their friend if I'm getting a vehicle. I will say this Fred the salesman who I worked with has nothing to do with my complaint and bad experience with drive time More

Shock I went in thinking there was no way I would qualify for a vehicle. Within minutes I was approved.
