Vehicle problem that were solved. I bought a Kia Sportage a month ago & under the month the transmission was basdly going out. I was carless for 3 weeks str8. Divetime told me to call I bought a Kia Sportage a month ago & under the month the transmission was basdly going out. I was carless for 3 weeks str8. Divetime told me to call Averex & I did, they gave me a automotive that repairs transmissions. I called them. they sent me to H & W Automotive. I took my Kis there 3 weeks ago . Well, In the 1st week H & W Automotive put a used trans in it. It was bad as well. I called H & W & the was a gentleman named JOHN ho was over that job of getting it fixed for me. John said they couldn't get the transmission to work right. they took it off. They then called Averex told them about the problem. They told John to order a brand new trans for it & they'll pay for it all. well, in the 2nd week waiting., The new trans wasn't at H & W yet. John was waiting on it. he didn't even tell me after over 6 days that they didn't get the new trans yet. they were still waiting on it. I called the place that was suppose to have delivered the new trans & they were rude. & hung up on me. I then just was mad. I then called Drivetime at 240 hwy & talk to a gentleman name Rodney. I told him everything that happened. that I have been waiting over 3 wks fer my Kia. & nothing was happening. Rodney at 240 hwy DriveTime told me he will take care of everything. He did!! He told me he will call me right back. in 20 mins later, he called me back, told me to go to NW39th Drivetime & they will put me in any car or truck I wanted. That they will delete the KIa account & Ill start all over again. fresh!! I was happy!! That later evening after I got of work I went to Drivetime on NW 39th & Jonathan the sales guy, Got me in my 2006 Ford Escape. I love it!! NO MONEY DOWN !! Its just as nice as my Kia was.. I'm very Happy!! THANKS DT!!! I got to say, of all the car lots in OKC, Ive never had such a great experience in any other lot like yers. THANK U SO MUCH !! Happy customer- Kenny Perkins Of OKC. More

Had horrible experience with other used lots but Drivetime was faster friendlier and less hassle than any dealership I've used. Amazing selection and price! Love my new car!
