It was a lengthy process but buying a vehicle usually is. But Matthew made it pleasant and an easy experience. He wasn't a high-pressure salesman, but was low key and easy to work with. Don't Do It I usually don't write reviews but these people are a mess. I went there and me and my consigner got approved for a car with a minimum of $1000 down. T I usually don't write reviews but these people are a mess. I went there and me and my consigner got approved for a car with a minimum of $1000 down. The sales guy Courtney told me for the 2014 Volkswagen it will be $1200 down which I agreed with. During the test drive a hub cap fell off which was red flag but I ignored. But anyway I told him I did not have the full amount until next week and he told me I can put the car on layaway which will secure the deal and hold the car until I come with the rest.'so after putting my money down to secure the car the next day I look at the paper that says the down payment is $1495. I called wanting to knw was there and error and wats going and spoke with a manger Anthony who claims he didn't know and said he will call back and never did. So two days pass and I call back to speak with a Manager who name was Ebony and she did not know either so she had to rerun my app which had me hold for like 30mins. She came back and said there was a change in my credit so the down payment changed to $5000. I explained it has only been 3 days so how did it change that quick and also explained that the sales guy who sold me the car explained to me that once I put this car in lawaway it was secure and so was Deal. She stated that was not true and some more bs and she had a nasty attitude like she didn't even want to be bothered. But I cancel the deal and went back up there the same day to get my refund and no one even spoke to me to say hi or even apologized which was rude. But moral of the story is that I got a better car with a lower down payment from a dealership that following week and the process was so smooth. But They are so ghetto and this whole process was frustrating and I'll never consider or recommend them. Their cars are too overpriced anyway! So please consider somewhere else More
