I couldn't of asked for a better experience from the staff at the Judson Drivetime. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable of their car stock.This is my second time coming to Drivetim staff at the Judson Drivetime. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable of their car stock.This is my second time coming to Drivetime and I don't know of anywhere else that I can get a nice, very well maintained car with little to no credit history. I'm honored to know that Drivetime trusts their customers and will never put me or anyone I refer into a car they cannot afford just to make a sale. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted and Eric did everything in his power to get me into said car even if it meant driving across town in rush hour to retrieve the car. I think the staff was more excited to get me into a 2012 Chrysler 200 than I was. The overall process is a little long but it's like that at any dealership. The staff made me so comfortable I barely noticed how long I was actually there. If the need to get another car ever comes up again I will return to Drivetime. Why wouldn't I? They put me into the exact car I wanted with $0 down and made me feel like the best customer they ever had!! All of this just because I made my previous payments on time. What other dealership honors their customers in such a way?? None that I know of. Thank you Drivetime for giving me the chance to prove myself and then rewarding me when I did prove myself. More
