got pre-approved for anything on their lot so my wife and I drove an hour to the Louisville location just to be cussed out, accused of having a DWI on my record which is untrue, accused of falsifying informa I drove an hour to the Louisville location just to be cussed out, accused of having a DWI on my record which is untrue, accused of falsifying information, my social security card and driver's license stolen and withheld from me by staff, cussed out, threatened to call the cops on, cussed out again, and then upon leaving driving off with my pregnant wife was cussed out and flipped off. Do not go to this location I will be actually taking legal action for defamation of character against a lady there that accused me of having stuff on my record in front of everyone and was loud about it. Completely unprofessional and will never do a DriveTime transaction again in my life. More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ineffeciency in dealing with the paper works resulting to receiving my plate number a day to the expiration of the temporary plate. And the manager was RUDE when I complained about the month on my inspection sticker because they called me back to redo the inspection due to their own error!!! So I didn't understand why the previous month was on it and needed an explanation but he asked me instead: "WHAT MORE DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME?" Like seriouslly??? As if it was my fault?. More
Total Loss This company was good at getting me into a car with 29% interest but once the car was totalled 3 1/2 years later they didn't communicate with my insur This company was good at getting me into a car with 29% interest but once the car was totalled 3 1/2 years later they didn't communicate with my insurance clearly to get the pay off in a timely manner and charged me 2 weeks extra and a payment and a half on top of my pay off that was sitting in my bank account waiting for them. Nobody in total loss even listened to my frustrations instead they just said there was nothing they could do. More

HUGE DISADVANTAGE: WHEN YOU CHARGE A CUSTOMER 22% interest rate for a used vehicle it is perfectly okay to give them a FULL tank of gas!!!! Thumbs down for that. More
