Purchasing experience was GREAT! HIGHLY Recommend however my check engine light came on 5 days before my 30 day warranty was up and I called the mechanic they gave me who takes their HIGHLY Recommend however my check engine light came on 5 days before my 30 day warranty was up and I called the mechanic they gave me who takes their warranty and they can't get me in until after my warranty expires. Called their customer relations and they want me to pay for the diagnostic and see exactly what it is and then they will decide if they will cover it. Seems to me like they only want to cover it if it's a small, cheap fix. So now I have a car with a faulty injection code and my plates are due and can't afford both. The extended warranty was very expensive and I feel like the car shouldn't be breaking down less than 30 days after purchase. So while purchasing experience was great, I do not recommend them because once you're out the door they are less than helpful. No one wants to deal with us and it's terrible customer service. More

I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage with only 6,700 miles on it!!! That's not a typo. 6,700 miles. The car still has that "new car smell." The best part was the price I paid. Literally on par with KBB value. The interest hurts but thats the price you pay for having terrible credit. When I picked up the car it was pretty dirty due to some horrible weather but DriveTime contacted me and sent me $25 AMEX gift card to make up for it! I can't say enough good things about my overall experience up to this point. Hands down the best car buying experience in a really long time! More
