I set an appointment for a test drive, arrived on time, and was asked to wait. When someone was available to work with me, which wasn’t long but disappointing since I had an appointment, the rep when to b and was asked to wait. I step outside to wait and after 30 minutes I went back inside only to find the rep waiting on someone else. I was then told the car hadn’t arrived to the Jackson location yet and they weren’t sure where it was. I never heard another word from the dealership. So I took my business elsewhere. More
