Terrible Experience Sold me a car, took it in and was told there's transmission issues after the first day. Took it back got a different car, in paperwork said no hail da Sold me a car, took it in and was told there's transmission issues after the first day. Took it back got a different car, in paperwork said no hail damage. Hail inspection came by 3 days later, showed me hail damage. Went to take this one back, and they dropped the "professionalism" and complained I caused the hail damage myself, and wasted 8 hours of their time in trying to find something that was actually worth paying the amount of money I was giving them. These were the cars with the lowest mileage on the lot so I can only imagine. The commercial makes me sick now everytime I see it. More

Great service We went in just to inquire about a Ford Escape they had listed on Craigslist. We expected another rejection but ended up leaving with the Escape. We got to Kearney with it & the CV joints started popping. Somehow, they didn't pop once during the test drive.
