TAKE a MECHANIC with you or have them do an inspection prior to buying! I blame myself for trusting the Sales person and I'm kicking myself for not doing 6 most ago when I purchased my SUV. The warranty is nice but be prepared to spend $ upfront for the Deductible & a Rental car as there is a deductible and they will reimburse you for the rental. Make sure you have a car emergency savings as you will need it if your car breaks down. I was pleased with the service from the beginning but not pleased with how they push you off to the Warranty Company or the Lender, seems like they would want at least act like they care and do the right thing professionally! I guess once you've bought it they're done! That's been my experience and I'm just sharing others! More
Scammers I am absolutely disgusted with this business. They will make you feel welcomed, assured and taken care of but be worn they are SALES people and are ac I am absolutely disgusted with this business. They will make you feel like you went to the best place in the world and go “above and beyond” to make sure you’re comfortable and insurance is set up ect. but if you’re new to buying cars or it’s your first car or you’re naive about how buying a car and process goes DO NOT go to this establishment, they will pull one over on you 100%. Once it gets to the paperwork and signing your soul away they will bring you to a back table with another woman of two who rush you through the paperwork, telling you what your signing, but not. Once you say yes, they will flip the pages for you and try and get you to sign and out the door as quickly as possible while smiling in your face so you don’t read the fine print. Once you’re out the door they don’t care about you at all and actually become extremely rude and apathetic and the loan people (BRIDGECREST, who are rude and dry and harassing) are the only ones that you will be in contact with. Once I looked into the fine print and researched what my car was actually worth in mint condition I realized I had signed my soul away to not only pay double what the car was worth but triple what the car is worth. They also lied to me when I got the car telling me it had been in one small accident and was only cosmetic and that everything was fixed and replaced that needed to be, which wasn’t the case. Later I found out the accident it had been in had messed up the alignment and headlight that they never fixed like they said they did, luckily I found out before the warranty had expired and didn’t have to come out of pocket for the melted wires on the inside messed up headlight that had to be replaced that they claimed they had replaced. As far as the rest I did have to come out of pocket. Not to mention the check engine light came on right after as well and it’s because it has a air intake issue and since it’s a VW I’m going to have to come even more out pocket to fix it since it’s German built. When I called drivetime back to call them on these issues I was rudely told by some high strong, rude woman that I signed the paperwork so it’s not their problem and continue to argue with me talking down to me as if she was above me and I was stupid which was clearly different attitude when I was in there as a potential sale. I then explained to her they took advantage of me and rushed me through the paperwork assuring me I didn’t need to read the fine print of 30 something pages and it was wrong to take advantage of me selling me a car triple what it’s worth KNOWING it was my first time purchasing a car. This company is a scam and they are fake, I now tell everyone I know to avoid this company, you will have better odds going to a used dealer down the street that may not have a shiny fake establishment, but atleast they arnt above the law, will give you real prior wreck info and not drain you or take advantage of you while giving you a glass of sparkling water that is actually poison and lie to you in your face. Drivetime clearly has connections to do the scammy things they do, start getting into franchises and you can’t trust the establishment anymore. I will NEVER buy a car from drivetime again and I will use my large social media and YouTube following to let people know the truth about this snake in the grass company. And for the female that answered the phone when I called, probably front desk, who knows, you need empathy training and the establishment you work for does too.....money hungry liars. And Jacob in customer relations please don’t respond with a fake tone for social media purposes apologizing I feel this way for y’all company issues, how about y’all start being real and stop telling lies and you won’t have to come up with a fake “proper” I’m sorry online. More

Upon answering, I took this call as a sign that this was where I was supposed to be visiting, to recieve my blessing. GOD lead me to this dealership, to meet Christopher Bridges and his manager Tia Williams, through whom my blessing was to manifest. Exceptional warm, professional, courteous, catering, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. I WAS IMMEDIATELY PUT AT EASE. I WAS ASSURED I WOULD LEAVE DRIVING THE CAR OF MY CHOICE.
