Not guaranteed what I was told During the purchase of my vehicle, I was told I would receive my tag and registration at my home address in SC, or it would be received at the dealers During the purchase of my vehicle, I was told I would receive my tag and registration at my home address in SC, or it would be received at the dealership. If it were delivered at the dealership I would be notified to come pick it up. Seeing as how it’s been a month now and my tag is now expired I’ve reached out to the dealer and now I’m being told they don’t have it and I’ll need to go to the dmv..... I reached out to the dealer a week or so ago to speak to my sales rep so I could prevent this from becoming an issue, however he was unavailable and never returned my call like I was told he would. Calling again today I was greeted by a gentleman who did his best to try and answer my questions, was put on hold to be greeted by a young lady who was absolutely no help and extremely rude to the point of........... I don’t know what to tell you sir there’s nothing I can do. I have purchased numerous vehicles while living in SC from NC and not once never have I not received a tag from the dealer. It was an easy purchasing experience , but the follow up with questions, problems, service, etc....... is def not up to par. I feel as if once the sale is over they really couldn’t care less about assisting in any way! Would not recommend this dealer / DriveTime period is this the service you receive after a purchase! Not to mention there vehicles are supposed to go through a massive point inspection and if that were the case I would be sitting on my xxx right now in a vehicle not only with a dead tag but needing motor mounts replaced as well!
