WORST DEALER EVER!! First: This place was SO unprofessional. After multiple/excessive sales calls and emails, I arrive at the dealer to sign paperwork for my newly appro First: This place was SO unprofessional. After multiple/excessive sales calls and emails, I arrive at the dealer to sign paperwork for my newly approved loan. Get all the paperwork together and there are major details that the sales person as well as the finance/loan staff failed to mention. For example they require bi-weekly payments. (or as per every one of your paydays/payment required). If you pay for a whole month you have to let them know or they double credit for one month and you still have to pay your next payment in 2 weeks. Not too bad... BUT... When the dealer took me outside to show the vehicle to me it was NOT even on the lot!! Turns out the vehicle had issues and was being serviced at the other dealership across town and was not even ready for delivery/pickup after I drove from weld county to pick it up. Then the price.... They "make you" purchase an extended waranty that costs over $3,000.00 !! The cars already overpriced!! They wanted almost 22,000.00 after taxes/fees on a car that had over 80,000 miles!! I will never do business with you people - most unprofessional place I've been!! SHAME ON YOU!!! More

Good experience. Need to speed up the paperwork process tho Drive Time is everything it says it is. I got a great late model car with a low down and everything promised to me. My only beef was with the amount of time it took to get the paperwork ready, signed and out the door. Other than that, I would definately recommend!! More

to tired to fill out Customer Service was great only problem was that I went in to close on the car they were holding for me and it took 4 hours. Computer problems. After all that, I drove away without the temp tag. I was there for 4 hours...plenty of time to put on a temp tag. Had to turn around and go back for it to be put on. They told me for my troubles, the next time I was in that area to come in and they would fill up the car. I don't live near the area or really go on that side of town. So... I'm not sure when that will be. Tint my windows and we can call it good. Other than that. The people there are great and helped me out of a not so good situation More
