We had a decent experience at the dealership but once we signed for the car and left it all started. First the ac went out, then coil packs were bad (ALL 6), then the fan went out, then there was a transmis signed for the car and left it all started. First the ac went out, then coil packs were bad (ALL 6), then the fan went out, then there was a transmission problem (the only thing covered under warranty), then we had multiple other issues. Haven’t had the car a year and we have spent more in repairs than we have in payments. Recently, BOTH cataliyc systems went out and to fix it will be more than the cost of car. Reached out to explain situation and see if they are willing to do anything….nothing but a run around. By far the worst experience with getting a car. Will never recommend this place. And the sad thing is multiple shops say they knew about these issues before selling car. Everything is rigged- be careful and check the car out throughly before signing More

Mercedes guy I was in search of good reliable vehicle. I knew it would be difficult to find one with little down payment and a monthly payment that I would be able I was in search of good reliable vehicle. I knew it would be difficult to find one with little down payment and a monthly payment that I would be able to afford. I looked online at various so called bad credit car dealers in which about everyone turned out to have some type of stipulation attached. I came across the Drivetime ad and filled out a credit application and within minutes I was approved and given a website to look at vehicles they had on their lot that would be in my budget. I found several that I liked so I called and set an appointment to go in and demo them. When I went in for my appointment I was hooked up with salesman named Henry (Ford). He keyed all my information into computer and showed me the cars they had that was in my approved loan amount. Ford also show me vehicles that he could get from some of their sister stores. I finally found a vehicle that I really like and we demoed it. The vehicle I chose was a Mercedes Benz C280. The car was in great shape. Ford and another stff member went over my payment option which included some etended maitenance warranties. I signed papers and drove off with my car. I just wanted to write this review and let people know that Drivetime is not a scam. If you hae bad credit and are trying to get a reliable vehicle and repair your credit this place will work with you with a low down payment and payment that you can afford. I will definitely be referring other people I know to Drivetime and Henry (Ford) for sure. Thank you Drivetime and Ford for helping me out. More

Surprised I bought my first car from drive time almost 2 years ago. Had such an amazing experience then I decided I would go to them again. First day I go to t I bought my first car from drive time almost 2 years ago. Had such an amazing experience then I decided I would go to them again. First day I go to them to look for a car that good on gas I am shown this dirty car and it's engine is making a squeal when turning the wheel. For a bit higher priced than I wanted. Then that day we look at a car in my range and it looks good on the outside, but inside is very dirty, remembering my car got a cleaning before I left in the first vehicle. That didn't bother me. So I proceeded. Finding out I had to put a lot of money down was a shock since the first time I only put 500 down. And I was told that the car I was getting was going to cost me more per month than the more expensive vehicle blew my mind, the math still doesn't add up. So I said I would have to come back tomorrow. So I made sure with the agent I only had to come in and sign all the documents with little to no wait. Second day I go in was greates and told that this new guy would get my paper work to sign and that he would be back in just a minute. 30 minutes pass and I look for him he is laying over on the front desk talking to a thenice lady who greeted me. He noticed me look right at him then Moises over like it's killing him to walk over an talk to me and says it will be just a bit longer. 10 more minutes pass. He comes back then says we need more information... At that point I said I am not sure why you need anything because we did it all yesterday so I wouldn't have to do anything but sign! The guy the first day didn't finish his work but this should only be a few minutes more... Got all the stuff he needs.. He walks a way another hour rolls by ok then the nice lady at the desk goes over all the paper work to sign then she leaves.. 20 minutes later another lady comes buy and gets all the legal state paper work.. 25 more minutes pass then he comes back and tries to set me up a new account. I am like I already have a car with you. Then says there is a balance due I said its on auto pay well then says you have to pay this be for we can sell u the car. I said I would love to but I can't stop auto pay if you can then I will. So he shrugs his shoulders and then walks away...15 more minutes goes by comes and says here are your keys says sorry it took so long walks away. No thank for being a loyal customer or shakes my hand... I will never recomend them to anyone ever again More
