Horrible Service I bought a Cadillac from them after only two weeks I had starter issues I brought it into them. It ended up only being a new battery but it took them I bought a Cadillac from them after only two weeks I had starter issues I brought it into them. It ended up only being a new battery but it took them one whole week to just replace the battery. My car had 150 miles extra , then it did when I brought it there. So somebody at the dealership was out joy riding in my car which is why I’m sure if you took one whole week for me to get it back. Never mind they don’t call and give you updates on your car I had to call a couple times to find out what was going on. On top of that they made me pay for the new battery and service despite getting the car only two weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from these guys or having anything to do with More

Lights came on immediately! Bought the car on Saturday, May 5, all lights on first day driving again, Monday. Had to take car back up on Thursday/Friday (May 10 and 11th) due to medical problems couldn't get it there sooner. They reset the codes and lights were back on Monday again. Bringing it back for a second time. Office of Consumer Affairs says we have to give them three opportunities to fix the car. We also noticed when we bought the car the license plate screws were rusted in place. Instead of fixing them properly they new drilled holes in the hatchback that will rust out eventually. More
