Andrew and Steve gave me the run around for 3 days telling me that they had an approval for me and they where just working on getting my monthly payments lower. Then they had me come in just to have m telling me that they had an approval for me and they where just working on getting my monthly payments lower. Then they had me come in just to have me see some one else purchasing the car that I was wanting and told me that car would not work and the approval they had gotten was for less. Then proceeded to tell me they didn’t know what vehicle to recommend for me on their lot and would get back to me. Never got back to me. Nothing but lies and the run around stay away. More

My wife & I went car shopping on Sat, 10-31 with the intention of buying a car THAT day. We were met in the lot by Eli Muscstiello who was informative, but not pushy. We drove the car that we would ul intention of buying a car THAT day. We were met in the lot by Eli Muscstiello who was informative, but not pushy. We drove the car that we would ultimately buy (2016 Cadillac xxx). We explained to Eli that the car was above our budget & we were looking at a few different cars at a few different dealerships & to see what he could do. We went to 5 different dealerships and drove a total of seven cars. Thru out the day, we were in communication with Eli as well as his manager continuing to work the numbers, again...informative, but not pushy. After 6 hours of shopping and multiple dealerships, we returned to Drive Hublers dealership on US 31 where it all started...and purchased that first car we drove. I don't know of anyone that LIKES the process of buying a car, however, this dealership and this salesman made it pleasurable and...actually enjoyable.
