This was my 3rd deal with these guys and as before I had very pleasant transaction. Because you have open access to a fun website to review any vehicle in full including the spec and pricing, you can position yourself to seal a favorable deal very quickly. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on the vehicle of your choice and seek comparisons elsewhere. Ashley Smith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions - a great ambassador for this dealership. My price expectation for my trade was also met, so I was able to complete my purchase from start to finish in a couple of hours. I finished up with Basim Galla who managed the finance and paperwork seamlessly and quickly to complete the deal. (Bas sold me my first BMW!) Overall, comparing this experience vs other dealerships it was much better. The difference was Ashley and Basim who worked hard before, during and after my visit. I'm looking forward to remaining a repeat Customer. More
Outstanding buying experience with Drive a Dream. However, being from Boca Raton, Florida, and being in the area for only one day - to visit my son at Emory - I needed to have a fast and seamless buying experience. Which is exactly what I had. In addition to a seamless buying experience, there are so many benefits to going to Drive a Dream to find the car you are looking for. Inventory There is huge inventory to choose from at Drive a Dream. Although Drive a Dream does specialize in high end luxury vehicles, you may find - as I did with my Sequoia - a car even if you are not looking in the high end space. Additionally, although many of the cars at Drive a Dream are not officially "new", they are basically new in the sense that they are all in excellent condition, many with low or little millage. In fact, the car of my dream - a 2023 Sequoia had a little over 10,000 miles and was basically new. Excellent Price: I found the vehicle I was looking for - a 2023 Sequoia - at an excellent price. So basically, I bought a new car at a discounted, used car price. Moreover, although not technically new, my vehicle is in excellent condition. Piece of Mind: Moreover, since my vehicle has approximately 10,000 miles and is only a year old, if anything were to go wrong, the manufacturer - Toyota - will cover the issue. However, I did purchase an additional warranty to provide me with more coverage at a nominal cost. Excellent Sales Associate: Steve Brant, my sales associate, was not only very friendly, but was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, there was no sales pressure to purchase. Financing: The financing process was seamless and satisfying. The finance manager, Khalid Kanan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided me with several options to choose from which would suit my budget. Buying Experience: My buying experience was outstanding and extremely extremely customer friendly. From the low/no pressure environment, to the speed of the transaction, as well shipping the vehicle to the location of your choice - at no cost. In fact, my family and I have purchased several cars in the last decade with Drive a Dream being the most satisfying. As mentioned, my sales associate, Steve Brant, was top notch. Moreover, Steve's coworker's from John his fellow associate to Basim Galla the General Manager, are extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. I do wish I knew about Drive a Dream earlier so my wife and kids could have purchased their vehicles at Drive a Dream. Highly Recommend: In summation, I not only will purchase my next vehicle at Drive a Dream, but highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to go there first. And if they are lucky enough to get Steve Brant to help them, as I was, they are in excellent hands. More
Customer service quality only becomes apparent when there's a problem. Drive a Dream responded to concerns expressed through my original review here and took steps to 'make it right.' I got a good price and a good deal. The people I worked with were all professional and nice- salesman, sales manager, service guy and the general manager. They have gone the extra mile to make it right. A few tips, whether buying from this dealer or other: Ask questions, lots of questions. Don't be shy and don't be afraid to ask a stupid question. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Recognize that you're dealing with a small and growing business. The problems I faced were more due to inconsistent processes and communication than anything else. Meet the sales manager and get his # and email address, just in case. EV's get extra benefits for paying for special license plate in GA. Ask about this. Make sure communications come to you via your preferred method-email or text- to make sure you don't something important. Tesla is notorious for plastic molding problems. I test drove a few with this issue. It's a simple fix, but make sure to check before taking the car. They paid for two Uber trips to make things right. I am a happy customer today. Mistakes happen. Be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. But also be persistent. You paid to be satisfied, so make sure you are. It may take longer and more effort on your part than expected, but it is worth it. More

I have mixed feelings about recommending Drive A Dream. Generally speaking, I got a good deal on a nice car. The customer service that I received was poor and less than honest. Once I paid for the vehi Generally speaking, I got a good deal on a nice car. The customer service that I received was poor and less than honest. Once I paid for the vehicle Drive A Dream failed to follow through on several items that were part of the deal. The vehicle I purchased did not have any of the spare tire parts (lug wrench, jack, etc). Reese, my salesperson promised to get those items for me but had not acquired them when I picked up the vehicle. At that time Sal Amin assured me that would be taken care of. Originally, Drive A Dream planned to deliver the car to me. I called back and asked if I could pick it up instead and made an appointment 2 days out to do that. My salesperson Reese said they would reimburse me for my UBER since they avoided the $200 cost of delivery. When I picked up the car Sal Amin, manager also assured me that I would be mailed a check. I was surprised that when I picked up the car it had not been washed and detailed. It had that sandy feel on the paint from dust, dirt and rain. The mats had been installed over plastic sheeting which should have been removed. There was debris between the mats and the plastic from multiple drivers entering the car. Reese told me that the car would also have a full tank of fuel. It was about 3/4 full. I did not complain about either of these issues. I followed up with Drive A Dream in approximately 2 weeks on the tire change items and reimbursement. At that time I was told to purchase the items needed and they would send me a check for the items as well as UBER reimbursement. We agreed on the price (roughly $140) for the items and I purchased what I needed on line. At this point I was expecting a check for just under $200. I anticipated the check in 3-4 days but I waited another two weeks to follow up. I phoned and spoke with Sal Amir. He said he had been busy and forgot to send the check. He confirmed the amount, my address and said it would be mailed that day. I waited another 3 weeks and I called Sal once again to follow up. He said he did not have any idea what happened but he would make sure to send it to me today. I could hear his keyboard clicking and he said he was handling as we were speaking. Once again he confirmed the amount and my address. Five weeks have passed since my last conversation with Sal. I have not received anything from Drive A Dream and don’t expect anything at this point. It’s really not as much about the money as it is the principle. I value integrity and Drive A Dream lacks that. More

Absolutely Horrible. I was ready to buy a New Tundra. I did my homework and it was exactly what I wanted! I then went by the dealership to test drive it and to see what I I was ready to buy a New Tundra. I did my homework and it was exactly what I wanted! I then went by the dealership to test drive it and to see what I might be able to get for my trade. I provided the pay-off mileage and left it behind as I drove the new truck to be appraised. I mean, I was ready to make a deal. The easiest customer a salesmen could ever have. (btw- I never leave reviews but just had to on this) With my job, I buy new vehicles every other year. Needless to say, I know the process! ;) Thats when it went so far south. My salesman name was Reese. He was absolutely horrible and as rude and arrogant as they come. He refused to go over numbers with me wouldn't send me an estimate unless I completed the application for financing. I did give him an idea as to what my score is. Its well over 750 but he refused to give me any numbers. I told him that he had the price of the vehicle, an appraisal, my score, and even my complete pay-off for that day as well. Absolutely everything one would need to put together an estimate. I explained that I understood it was only an estimate and that i understood its not final but did want at least an idea of what we were looking like. Thats certainly not asking too much considering the transaction size, importance and needless to say " a credit hit"! He continued to say he would not do a thing unless I filled out an app. I (one more time) asked for an estimate and he still refused to give me one. Needless to say, I walked away and will NEVER step back in there again!! Not as long as people like him are servicing valued customers. My experience was horrific to say the least!! Lastly, he did say that the vehicles there are classified as "Lemons" but there is nothing wrong with them. I guess that's why they have New Cars but they are not an OEM dealer for anyone. IDK?? Avoid this place and especially Reese!!! More
