Fraud & scam !! Stay away from this place !! I trade in for a new car here on 05/2017. I still owed about 8000. After the trade in I was making payments for old a !! Stay away from this place !! They would not send me the license plate nor pairs off my old car. Finally after 5 months later, the deal paid off but minus payments I made. I have been contacting corporate office and local office but no response. More

Good until now Angie with drive with pride has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She even spoke to the receptionist in an unprofessional tone. This has been the worst expierence I've ever had I came in to purchase a 2007 BMW 328I from Max at Drive With Pride. When I left I bought insurance from Drive With Pride and left without signing cont I came in to purchase a 2007 BMW 328I from Max at Drive With Pride. When I left I bought insurance from Drive With Pride and left without signing contracts. I was told we would finish contracts the next because it was to late at night to finish the loan. On my way home the car started have mechanical problems. So I text Max and he apologized because he hadn't drove the car yet because it had just hit the front line but to bring it in the next day and Drive With Pride would either fix the BMW or sell me a different car. So When I took it back I decided I would wait to purchase a vehicle. The management said that I messed up the transmission and I could only get half my down payment back. I put down $1500 and they gave me a $800 check which the didn't issue it in my correct name. I was then told that would be the only check I would receive. I called my Uncle who also tried to contact them and they told him I wouldn't receive another penny and then they said they wouldn't talk to him. I can't help that the vehicle had mechanical issues and that is the exact reason I contacted my sales person as soon as the issue started happening. Angie told me that GM said I couldn't be refunded. I had my uncle talk to Randy and he said he didn't tell her that as a matter of a fact he said he didn't know about the deal. All the dealership was doing is giving me a complete run around. I was told that I could just get an attorney and now I don't have the money to do that because Drive With Pride kept all my down payment. Drive With Pride has the BMW back and all I want is what is fair to me and that's my down payment. I even told them I didn't want to go the route of BBB,Yelp things like that but ANGIE said she didn't care. All I want is my down payment back so I can go with my life. And helped us through the process of getting approved for a loan. We contacted them on a Tuesday evening, and by Thursday evening we were driving off their lot in our new/used 2011 X5 BMW. Its been our dream car. And it was all made possible by this awesome sales team. Drive With Pride is across street from the BMW dealership, but I believe we received the treatment that makes buying a car fun. Quick , easy, and "driving with pride" off their lot.
