They were able to pick out a truck that my fiancé really liked and Dave told them to come back the next day to sign paperwork since I was needed as a cosigner. We had errands appointments that we needed to finish the following day and Dave said we would be done in time. We came the next morning at the time we had scheduled; with 3 reminder calls that morning from Dave..... Our appointment was at 10 am... We were there for 3 and a half hours after being assured it would take less than an hour. Needless to say Dave was pushy, made my roommate uncomfortable with personal space and wasted much of our day. Don't go to this dealership and especially Dave unless you have all day to spend there. **update** The manager followed up after reading this review. He was professional and apologetic for the way Dave handled the sale. He is personally going to handle all appointments and maintenance requests from this point on. This response helped to inspire more confidence in express auto spot. More

Horrible customer service I purchase a 2008 PT Cruiser July 24th 2015. The purchase of the vehicle was fine the salesman was great. This vehicle has been in the shop I believe I purchase a 2008 PT Cruiser July 24th 2015. The purchase of the vehicle was fine the salesman was great. This vehicle has been in the shop I believe 5x since I got it. The first time was when it stopped dead during rush hour traffic in the middle lane of the 101, timing belt out. That's cool repaired it. 2 days later, AC blowing hot. Took it in had o ring high and low sides changed, ok cool. When I went to pick up my vehicle, before leaving walked around the vehicle and noticed that the bumper was ripped well it wasn't like that before. Jason, the manager took a photo of it and told me that he would get with the service manager on Monday and see what we can do about this. I received no phone call so I called twice and left a message. I received the phone call back from Maribel. I asked her why she was the one calling me because I don't even know who she is and that I was supposed to hear from Bob the service manager or Jason the manager. Right off the bat she had come off really rude and told me that the PT Cruisers are made that way and that it would not be repaired. You can imagine that I am NOT happy with that answer. I have complained about the way the car rides with it jumping and really shaky it has not been addressed I even called the finance company and let them know what was going on. I have asked to speak to the owner or the owner's son I'm told they're not there I guess they're never there. My sister took the car back in for Bob to look at the bumper he said he would replace the bumper. I also spoke to God personally about how the vehicle is driving and hard to handle he said he would look at it, that didn't happen. I actually wrote a little note explaining that he didn't even address that and but I didn't appreciate being told we're getting a new bumper and ended up with a repaired bumper, I didn't even do the whole bumper did one little tiny corner under the headlight where it was ripped and it's not even put together right so there's a big gap. At this point it's not even about that just poor customer service. Well the air went out again. Thats 3x back in the shop. Need to Replace the condenser this time. Now I have a great big red spot underneath my car, Oh what could it be? I'm guessing transmission fluid. 4xs to the shop and this timeit is the cooling line for the transmission when they put the car back together it got bent or broken or whatever. Again requesting that somebody look at the steering because when I change lanes or go around the Durango curve I lose control of the vehicle seems pretty dangerous to me. The guy comes and tells me I am ready to go and I asked him if they address to steering at all told him what it was doing and you told me it sounds like a sway bar maybe your tires are inflated or you know joints ball joints like he wants me to fix it. So now it's Thursday August 27th and I I'm on top of the sidewalk and I have a blown tire on the passenger side this ripped me right up there so I change the tire I put the crusty old spare that was sold with the car probably the spare the manufacturer actually put on there. So I have a flat spare. Unable to limp it to the gas station to put some air in the tire start driving home very slowly not even 30 miles an hour and I'm pulled to the left on top of the concrete barrier that was fun, not. So I park the vehicle at my job. Call at 7:30 a.m. for them to come pick up the vehicle and let them know what happened. The guy shows up at 1:30 to tow the vehicle. I had called and left messages on Bob's phone no response I called the finance company and let them know what was going on they're great. Called and told Jason what was going on and his response to me was if I wanted to get out of my loan I need to call the finance company well I didn't say anything about it he did I told him I just wanted the car fixed proper. I also asked to speak to the owner or the Son, didn't get that again. So while speaking to jason he informed me that I am to pay 66 dollars for a tire because I ran up on the curb and that's why I got a flat tire I told him that I have been complaining about this car driving crazy since I got the car and he told me he has never heard anything about it the line got disconnected but because I work in a warehouse so I shut my car off the one that he let me use just shut it off knowing that I need a vehicle for work. So when I go out to go on a call I don't have a car so I call and ask Jason what's going on and he said you hung up on me so I shut the car off. I informed him that I did not as in the middle of a sentence why would I hang up the phone. So he starts the car back up. I told him I did not want Mary Bell call me anymore I thought she was rude she doesn't need to talk to people that way and he informed me that she has to be the one to call me because well she's the one that does that job she needs to check herself just saying. Samara Bell calls me to tell me that not only do I have to pay for the tire but I also have to pay for the tow and still nobody knows nothing about what's been going on with the driving of this car funny thing is is that I called the finance company and I let them know what was going on why would I tell the finance company and not the mechanics and apparently a little note I wrote just disappeared. So the vehicle actually needs rear shocks which is why it's not easy to control it but hey that's my responsibility to. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. They definitely don't care about the safety of their customers because if so the first time I complain about how this vehicle handled it would have been taken care of. You know its not like I don't know that I purchased a used vehicle but I didn't purchase a used vehicle to endanger my life that's for xxxx sure. And when I let Maribel know that I was going to contact the Attorney General and file a complaint her words were go ahead. I'm going to. I had to give a star so you only got one but I only wanted to give you a zero More
