Horrible Cars, worse service We went to the dealership on July 28th in need of a car as ours has mechanical issues. We expressed to the sales guy that a reliable vehicle was a ne We went to the dealership on July 28th in need of a car as ours has mechanical issues. We expressed to the sales guy that a reliable vehicle was a neccesity as we have small children, jobs and my husband has VA appointments each week. We were sold a van under the expectation it would be a reliable vehicle. On 8/6/15 we were traveling to visit family in Texas when we ended up stranded on the side of the road. Not even a week after purchasing, while they towed us and had the vehicle repaired we had to pay for a a rental car, out of pocket as well as hotel stays since we hadn't made it to our destination. Costing us roughly an extra $300. We expressed our concern to the business partner/manager Brian Wolfswinkle and asked that we be able to choose a different vehicle since this one had issues. Brian not only laughed at us but told us that wasnt going to happen. The repairs didn't last and on our return trip home we broke down again in El Paso, meaning another hotel stay and my husband subsequently lost his job since we didn't make it home on time. We returned late the night of the 10th only to take the car to the shop on the 11th since the air conditioning was not working. After another repair we were supposed to be done with any issue in the car. Begining late Septrember the transmission was slipping, we took it in again and were charged a deductible to cover the repair. In the meantime, I had to pay for a cab to and from work since Express wont give you a loaner car. We got our car back only to have the taillights stop working the following day. This is now 5 major issues with the vehicle. I was told the lights wouldn't be covered as it is an electrical issue. The vehicle cannot pass emmissions or be driven legally without tailights. October 28th the transmission went out AGAIN. I took the vehicle in the following weekend and have not gotten my vehicle back. I have paid $597.23 out of pocket for a rental car so that I can get to and from work, on top on my monthly car payment of $348.42. I am constantly getting the run around, they refuse to even tell me where my car is at since they sent it out for repairs and the manageer wont return my calls anymore. I finally spoke with him in which he said there is nothing he can do and inspite of the vehicle being inoperable and out of my possession he still could not and would not give me another vehicle. The manager Jason, also told me that they have the same guy who hasn't fixed it working on it because they don't want to spend anymore money while my car is still not in my possession and I am spending hundreds on rentals and car payments after financing an overpriced car. More

Cold-hearted when something goes Wrong! Ugh this will be my fourth time going to this cold-hearted place. Bought the car 3 months ago and I literally go from my home to work. 3 days ago I took my car in for coolant issues because the light came on but when they worked on it they said everything was fine ,WRONG!! But prior to going in which I paid the $100 because trust me they will take your money in a hot second. They supposedly fixed the problem. The other problem is that when I said something we wrong with my passenger axle which i have pictures of, the lady specially said that it has to be broken in order for them to fix it after I gave them my money. Trust that it isn't broken yet but it seriously has some damage. SO NOW!! After the days have passed my Service engine light has come on so I went to autozone which they did a diagnostic and the problem is The F*xxxxx Coolant. Do not Go through express auto spot. They'll sell you a car perfectly fine but when an issue shows up they'll look at it and say " its fine" because they have your money now that they will not give back. Good thing the conversation was recorded so now my attorney will be involved. Thank you express auto spot for showing your true colors in the time of need. More

The best dealership experience ever These guys at the dealership aren't like the other dealerships! No pressure and the name says it all "Express"! My wife and I were in and out of there These guys at the dealership aren't like the other dealerships! No pressure and the name says it all "Express"! My wife and I were in and out of there in an hour and a half, I'm not a patient person so this place rocks. My credit wasn't the best and they still got me a loan without that high interest rate. We got a car that we love and I will be back to see them again to buy another car. I will NEVER go to a big car dealership again. Marc was so nice to us without that pressure of your typical salesman. Thanks guys! More
Easiest car buying experience ever. I went to Express Auto Spot to look at a car I had seen on the Internet just to satisfy my curiosity. I had already made up my mind that I was going I went to Express Auto Spot to look at a car I had seen on the Internet just to satisfy my curiosity. I had already made up my mind that I was going to buy a BMW that I had already driven but decided to check this car out. (Glad I did) I was greeted by Chris Verdugo and drove the car to my surprise I loved the car and it made better sense than the BMW because it was still under warranty and had far fewer miles. Unfortunately my credit has not been so great in the past and when we ran the numbers it didn't look so good. In comes Hector. Im thinking greaat here's the closer gonna try to put me in a tiny car I'll hate to drive. Im looking for the closest escape route possible however Hector comes in and tells me while your credit has been bad in the past your taking the right steps to repair it and you have just recently paid off another car loan. So we can work with that but you need to learn to walk before Hector then saidyou can run and this car is not going to do the job (here it comes Hyundai accent or ford fiesta I thought to myself) Hector then said I have a few other cars to look at. I agreed knowing my credit situation but I was still looking for the best exit strategy. First a toyota camry. Opened the door and hated it! Next Chryssler 200. Although much nicer than the Toyota. Not feeling it. One more car and I can go buy the car I had my mind on. Last car. Wow this is beautiful I look inside and am amazed. Ok Im intrested but what is it? Its a hyundai! The Hyundai Azera. Bigger, faster and nicer than the bmw I was looking at and still had all the factory warranty. So lets talk numbers. Hector comes back. I say no he leaves and comes back again and im like thats a lot better but maybe I'm just looking at to much car. Hector says let me talk to a few of my banks and see what I can do. When Hector came back he told me that I would be crazy if I didn't like this deal. He was absolutely correct. He got me the most amazing finance rate I could possibly ask for and the deal was done. All in all it took me a couple of hours and it was worth every second. Everyone at Express Auto Spot was friendly and accommodating. Hector and Chris were awesome and I will and have already recommended them to everyone I know. Thanks everyone at Express Auto Spot. I LOVE my new car. On a side note I did wait to write this review till I knew that the deal was truly done. I got my bank paperwork the other day and Hector was a man of his word. A man and a dealership you can trust! More
