I initially came in January to get a vehicle but on the day that I had the money to get the car I was let go from my job. Dave has stayed in touch with me for 3 months and today (4/22) I finally got my vehicle. Dave came and picked me up from the light rail and bring me in to get my vehicle. I use to catch the light rail/bus for a total of 6 hours a day to get to work and I can thank the people at express auto for not having to do that anymore. They Rock!!!!!! More

Stressed out most of the time as I never bought anything on time. Kinda surprised me nobody knew if I can do a automatic withdraw from my bank account. Wasnt told if their is a fee included also. I need to find out about that. I start my new job tomorrow and they were really cool about that. and my lack of a real job last few months. Worried about my work schedule as they are doing some MINOR repair issue's. Wish their repair shop was open on Saturdays as People work Mon-Fri was the only problem I have. Cant not rate the customer service and quality of work until after repairs are completed as promise. I will let you know how it goes. But their shop should be open on Saturdays!!! More
