The paperwork was quick, and I watched the Cardinals game, while they even ran my newly purchased car through a car wash. I didn't even have to ask for a warranty. They threw it in at no cost to me, a 12,000 mile, 1 year warranty for the engine and transmission with only a $100 deductible. Brian and Jessica were easy to deal with. Not your typical dealership at all. In short, these folks are down to earth people, straight shooters, and very reasonable. A dealership that gets it. Win - win scenario. Jessica from the first meeting was very hospitable and knowledge. I expressed what I did not want and she never pushed me into anything. I looked around and left while all the time not feeling pressured. I knew the moment I started to walk on any lot I was in the market for a car. My situation was grim so working with anyone was a nervous adventure. I spoke the next week with Jessica, we played phone tag but every time I had a question she gave me the information I needed the way I wanted it given to me. I had my brothers car one Sunday afternoon so I drove by the dealership and was met by Jessica. She knew my name and welcomed me back. Again, her customer service was outstanding. Throughout the following week I felt if was okay to start narrowing down what I needed and because of the professionalism of Jessica I was going to double what I was putting down and see if Jessica could work it out. Last Friday I stopped by the dealership to speak with Jessica. From that point on I felt her honesty as she lead me down the road to a car. She was very patient with me, showing me all the cars that just had a reduction. Talking me through mile on the car and asking me where did I need to stay within a payment program. She asked me if I was ready to run some number or did I want to think about it. I felt it was time to make that commitment and Jessica walked me through one step at a time. There was a lot of information but understood each step of the process. Jessica is a professional who work to make sure I was ready. I never felt any pressure. She was helpful and hospitable with the knowledge to make things happen. She put together better than what we had spoken about and never went back on her word. The last thing when making a purchase of any kind is having a pushy sales person clouding your mind. I was comfortable know I was in great hands which left me 100% satisfied.
