First I want to warn everyone you will be ripped off! I have decent credit to buy new at a dealership. They put in cheap standard oil on a 2003 Trail Blazer, which requires synthetic.I paid $8100 for a kelly blue book of 5300, which accounts for dealership cost to rejuvenate the vehicle for safety and reliability.I worked as a auto mechanic and always changed all fluids on vehicle, as to give customers peace of mind, that it wont be driven to ground and destroyed.I had bad engine mounts, leaking gas tank, bad serpentine belt, vehicle had practically being driven 127,000 miles with no maintenance, except some oil changes. I spent $950 to change all fluids,trans, differential, power steering,anti freeze, upper and lower hoses and thermostat.It goes on.Thank God I did and saved vehicle from catastrophic death.They get around this by warranty 12,000 miles or 12 months.They gamble the car doesn't blow up.If it does they get you another one, however many get pass a year and now have destroyed vehicle and make payments on car More
