VERY POOR SERVICE I purchased a car from Express Auto Spot in April. Three days after i purchased it , I had service issues , Took them a day and a half to fix the car, I purchased a car from Express Auto Spot in April. Three days after i purchased it , I had service issues , Took them a day and a half to fix the car, they gave me a loaner no big deal. One month later same issue again and more now the car won't start at all. Called Service to get it repaired and they advised well we have no loaner cars and it could 3-5 days to fix. WE have a waiting list of 12 people needing loaner cars SERIOUSLY you are a car dealer ship will at least 100 cars on your lot at any given time. Not to mention in the back the cars you don't see yet. However I can not get a loaner car while you try to figure what is wrong with my car and fix it and I have to pay $100.00 to get fixed the car fixed and my car payment. and figure how to get to work in Scottsdale from Glendale. I DON"T THINK SO.. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL , did not care about the fact that i would not have a car for 3-5 days , therfore i would not be able to work. Now becuase i had to miss some days of work and the car is still not fixed by the way I am on admistrative leave for 5 days with no pay. I contact the finance company which by the way they own and they would not help me one bit all they want is their money. Thank you for SCREWING my all ready problem credit. I have contact a lawyer and the BBB about the lemon you sold me. Not to mention they had me do a review when i purchased the car and i was very happy, until these problems occured. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN PURCHASINIG CARS FROM THEM YOU MIGHT GET SCREWED....... EXPRESS AUTO SPOT YOU ARE NOT DOING BUSINESS THE WAY YOU SOLD THE CAR TO ME. More
