He was fully prepared to let us walk out if we were not comfortable with the deal. Due to his excellent customer service skills and what he showed us about the dealership we ended up making a fair deal. We have dealt with other buy here pay here places and always felt like they were just trying to sell us the car with the highest profit margin without considering our situation. If my experience going forward is always like it was the first time they will for sure have a repeat customer in the future. More
