Go with someone that's experienced with cars I'm very dissapointed with the service that I have received with this company. I understand the fact that the sales men and women get commission for sales, but I would never expect someone to sell a car to me when they know I have a daughter and I bought a car because I NEED one, with out problems or if they were a decent person you would think they would tell me if there was something wrong with the car so that I can look else where. I came to this place with good faith in the people that I was associating with, everyone seemed real genuine until I bought the car and started having problems with it only TWO WEEKS after buying it, TWO WEEKS. Not only that but another TWO WEEKS and my car won't start. GREAT, more things to pay for because the "mechanics" in the service center couldn't do a simple job and make sure everything was in working condition before considering to sell it. I'm a very dissapointed customer and I hate to be "that" customer but when it comes to the safety of my daughter and my money then we will have problems. Again, never will I recommend anyone buying from this company or Jessica Gastelum, they're horrible and nothing will change my mind. Worst experiance EVER I have NEVER been so upset about a sale of any kind in my life. I drove off the lot and had check engine lights come on, The car was in the shop over I have NEVER been so upset about a sale of any kind in my life. I drove off the lot and had check engine lights come on, The car was in the shop over a week to get fixed, I picked it up in the filthiest condition with grease all over the seats, arm rest and floor. (pictures were taken), it has been by far even traumatizing dealing with any of them there to the point of tears. I even have a video of one of them admitting how completely wrong and unprofessional they have been, I changed my phone number and called and let them know the new number as well as set up my payment and recurring payments from that day on... so they are again getting THERE money on this. However when I call today to let them know I have not received my plate and my temporary tags expire... they tell me they have tried to reach me and the number they have on file is wrong!! YES the one I CALLED AND CHANGED.. and want me to go and pick it up. (45 min out of my way) They feel they have done me good by offering a 1 yr warranty on a car that was given to me to drive off the lot (with kids in the car) that was NOT checked over AT ALL and had all bad breaks... roaders... shocks... and that is just the start. IT WAS A HAZARD! All I asked was to get my deposit back and let me move on, NOW I am still having to deal with there xx and would love nothing more then to move on, IT IS BAD BUSINESS and not only will I NEVER recommend them.. I will warn anyone I can abut them, the warranty is NOT free when you get a half xxx job for a car you pay 4x the amount for. More
