Was informed they would be looked at. Bought the car. Gave a 5 star review. 10/24 - Now were receiving calls every few days about something missed, new fees, things being changed, or so forth. But haven't responded at all to the maintenance request brought up during the test drive...I'm becoming less and less amused. So were dropping to 2 star. Will update as time goes on. 11/8 - Haven't heard from the dealership since they called and informed us we needed to pay a fee that was nearly a car payment in itself, to keep the loan we were told was approved at signing. We made it work, and thus far, I actually like the lender. They actually answer questions and respond almost immediately. Overall, they have the right idea and rock customer service. The dealership, I have asked repeatedly about having the things checked out that we were told would be. I finally got one answer in their last response, telling me it passed inspection, so it's no concern. So, in other words, we were told whatever was needed to make the sale. I have also inquired repeatedly about the check we were told we would receive in regards to the over payment on our trade in. And to this day, I'm still in the dark entirely. First payment is in two days. I am stuck with the feeling that if they need something, they're up your you-know-what. If you need anything, and you already purchased, you're on your own 100%. They could care less. They say whatever they need to in order to make a sale. They're the definition of empty promises and creators of broken dreams. I've never had so much trouble after purchasing a vehicle. Dropping to one star as this experience, as wonderful as it started, has gone completely sideways, and I don't care to ever repeat it. One word. Disappointment. 5/21 - Over 6 months later. We have never heard back from this joke of an establishment. Even better, our referral for this adventure never even received the promised referral bonus. I will never do or bring business here again. Buyers beware!! More

I spoke on the phone with Kelly initially and he was helpful and nice. I stopped by the office to drive a few cars and Zach was easygoing, really nice, and helpful without being a pushy car salesman. I picked a car I loved, but I wanted to check out a couple of other options, so we drove around for almost 2 days searching. We ended up going back and getting help from Brian, the owner, and Kelly. They were really great to work with and stayed almost 2 hours after they were closed to talk us through everything. So excited about my new car and all of the extras they gave us. Thanks, guys! More

Throughout our search, Zach was personable and knowledgeable. We set the pace for our car-buying experience; Zach always made himself available but never pushed us to move forward. On numerous occasions, he adjusted his schedule to work with my wife and I. As we narrowed our search, Zach continued to provide us with additional options. Once we had sufficiently narrowed our criteria, Zach even searched Drive N-Motion’s incoming inventory and made available additional vehicles which fit our budget.
