Manager lied and said there's "NO LEMON CAR LAW". ...The car salesman was wonderful, unfortunately as soon as I took the car home that same day the transmission started failing and told them that nigh ...The car salesman was wonderful, unfortunately as soon as I took the car home that same day the transmission started failing and told them that night. Brought it back after they opened on Monday and they checked the transmission oil and its was missing a gallon of transmission oil, so they DID NOT CHECK THE VEHICLE PROPERLY before putting it for sale. I was told they only do an oil change and that's it for checking the vehicle's mechanical parts so BUYER BEWARE. They did a "transmission service" and they told me the vehicle should be good to go, well once again it started hard shifting and now extremely bad to the point of safety concern and sent a recording. I talked to the Manager Brad and he said there is no lemon law, that I wont get a loaner or reimbursed for rental car while they look at it. Even though I live almost two hours away and said that my insurance should cover it which is not true and he wasn't aware that I had already brought back the vehicle for service and when I left it there the second time they did not get to servicing it asap, you know as customer service curtesy since it was freshly bought and already having issue. Bought the vehicle Feb 14 and its March 3rd today and still unsure of what is going. They said they will replace the transmission but then the next day they said they have to reproduce the symptom before ordering one. I once again asked if I could get reimbursed or a loaner car and Brad still said they don't do that. I am a stuck with a racking up car rental bill and the credit union (Colorado Credit Union) they use didn't help either, told me to deal with the dealership...Not to mention the battery was dying, the windshield wiper reservoir cracked on the way home (they blame it on the weather) and the sun roof motor is dying....none of that was disclosed as well and they don't want to do anything about it either....BUYER BEWARE. More
