We walked around and it took a while before another person came over to help. They kept leaving to check on things and would leave us for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. We were there to see a specific vehicle (that I was told to come in to test drive hence the scheduled appointment) simply for them to say it wasn't ready. I expressed my disappointment as I had driven quite far and was prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. They ended up bringing the car around for me to see and they conveniently covered up the massive scratch on the front with a "Newly Acquired - expected to sell soon" sticker on the site. Long story short, since the vehicle was not ready, they wanted me to come back on another day once it was. Overall, poor experience. Would not recommend. More
I do love the car I bought here. 2012 Honda Accord 3.5 EX-L Coupe. It's exactly what I was looking for. But the experience with Drive Direct was terrible. There were several things wrong with the car t EX-L Coupe. It's exactly what I was looking for. But the experience with Drive Direct was terrible. There were several things wrong with the car that would only be evident at night, and I test drove it during daylight. Later that night after the purchase, here's what I found: The dome light didn't work, the dashboard and radio lights were way too dim, the courtesy lights didn't work, the radio pre-sets wouldn't stick, and the passenger side headlight was too dim. Spoke with several people at Drive Direct, they transferred me over to their parent location's customer support and then service department, who advised me to circle back and leave a message for the Drive Direct Sales Manager, which I did. The only response that resulted was from the original Salesperson who said the parent's service department might need to replace the battery, and since the sale was "as is" I'd have to pay for that myself. And if I didn't pay a $135 diagnostic fee, Drive Direct wouldn't even look at it. So I went elsewhere and bought a 72 dollar, 2 year battery instead. No problem. Solved everything but the way too dim headlight, which I'm still working on. I would suggest to Drive Direct a simple but more thorough inspection within their processes. More
