I briefly looked at a 2017 Prius and returned to test drive it a few days later, only to learn that, even though it was still on their website, it has been sold. The salesman, Jason Gregory, was very helpful in finding a 2013 Prius that had all the features I wanted and more. This car was in excellent condition, had low mileage and an impressive CarFax report. I asked Jason if he could get me a cargo cover since it was missing on the car, and he said he would. He called me 3 days after I bought the car to tell me he had it for me. I am very pleased with the car and with the service that Jason provided. I worked with Joseph on payment. He was very helpful and straight-forward about everything. All of the documents were what I had been told and what I expected. Also, the trade-in amount on my 2007 Avalon matched the Blue Book amount. I am happy to recommend Drive Direct, and especially Jason and Joseph to anyone looking to buy a used car. More

They even have a play area with table tennis, basketball hoop, foosball, vending machines, popcorn, drinks... that our three boys had a blast. We were able to focus on the details of the great car we picked while they played. We purchased a used car, in excellent, almost new condition, low millage and fair price. We are so happy that we got to meet Ashton, who was very friendly and helpful in the whole process. I would gladly recommend him and this place if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle. More

Salesperson Thomas Brownlow told me the keys to a 2015 Mercedes Benz I was interested in were lost and needed to be replaced. I have text messages with him for more than a week and he sold the car. Bad character and no integrity. Go anywhere but here! More

purchased a truck and told the salesman that I was not interested in any warrantees or packages. got to the finance department and was told that I have to accept them in order to purchase the truck. took interested in any warrantees or packages. got to the finance department and was told that I have to accept them in order to purchase the truck. took the contract back the next day to have it changed and reviewed. the finance person with the beard got upset and attempted to get loud stating that he never told me that. good thing I recorded the conversation the first time. they try and trick you with the ipad and remove the option for you to decline. beware any down payment you put down will not go to the vehicle but to all their little addons. read the review on their roadvantage that covers nothing and the pertect auto care plan. if you have forced to purchase these in the last 60 days. you can go and complete a cancellation form and the dealership has to return the funds to you or apply it to your car loan. as I have had conversation with the Atty General of Ohio they will be visiting you soon regarding your conversation and forcing people to get useless item. everyone you have been for warned and you by law do not have to accept any of their addon's More
I visited this dealership with $15k settlement check. They never found the car listed on their site. I walked all over their lot with 2 different sales people. The first sales person was really rude, like I lost their car. The next day I went to the Village Auto store. They greeted me immediately when I arrived on the lot. Their selection was outstanding. Almost immediately, I found a SUV I loved. Everything about the Village Auto store was exceptional. I will probably buy my next vehicle from them. The guys at Village Auto are totally awesome. More
