I am surprised by so many negative reviews od Drive Direct. In June 2023, I went in to purchase a hybrid Corolla that was advertised online. I had nothing but an excellent experience from the time I walked in. My sales person Sean was fabulous. He spent a lot of time with me, negotiated fairly, was professional and personable. They gave me a fair price for my trade and I was happy with the deal we made. The finance guy and others were very kind and professional. My car had some dings on the body that Drive Direct repaired for free. No hard sell, no ridiculous games, and no condescenion toward me as a female. I would return to and recommend Drive Direct and Sean, the awesome sales guy. More
