When I have called to set an appt in the past, I could leave a message on the voicemail of the person that assists me when I come in. This time it was different and the person didnt seem to know their job very well. I was told it was a call center. You may want to monitor those calls, as my experience was not a good one. They caused damage to my car STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL PUT DENTS AND GASHES IN YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! When you have them work on your car, it comes STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL PUT DENTS AND GASHES IN YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! When you have them work on your car, it comes back to you damaged and they refuse to refund my money. Twice I took my beloved Beetle to them and both times it came back with damage on it. The first time I had repair work on the door handle. When I got the car back, it had a gouge in the handle. I thought they were gonna take care of it so I took it back a week later to have a wind up key (aftermarket part that goes on the trunk lid) installed and it came back with a dent in the trunk lid. I called VW customer care for help and Dreyer and Reinbold refuse to even acknowledge the damage they did. VW is disgusted with them. They think I should take my car back to them and let them "fix" it. That is a joke. I have only been to this dealership twice in my life and both times my car has come back with damage. Why in the world would I allow them to touch my car again? I told them to refund my money and we would call it a day. They refused. I filed a dispute with my Mastercard under my buyer protection to get a refund.I shouldn't have to do that. Please feel free to private message me for further details and pictures of the damage these people did to my car. In the mean time....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS, LYING CROOKS. I was charged $70 for a standard oil change. I have used dealerships in 6 different states and 8 different cities and was charged only $45 for a standard oil change. They are either untruthful or they can't seem to keep records! They did not fix the problem on the 1st trip on three different occurrences. Most recently, they mislead me while the car was under warranty and later wanted to charge me to repair/ replace the part that I had a problem with 1 year previously when it was “under warranty” $1,200 to be precise. I have felt lied to and cheated every time we been there. I have had two VW vehicle . I have had problem with this dealership and the service department with both. I ended up taking both of them to Falcone to be repaired after these morons “repaired” the vehicles. We live minutes from this dealership PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or money for that matter. I am extremely disappointed that VW would have such a dealership. Love the car & the suv but I would think twice before I purchased a VW because of my experience here. More
