Dreyer & Reinbold BMW and MINI

I was looking to purchase my first Mini but wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted. I had made contact with Chloe Craig from Dreyer Reinbold about some used listings they had. After a couple days of questi sure exactly what I wanted. I had made contact with Chloe Craig from Dreyer Reinbold about some used listings they had. After a couple days of questions I decided to make the 2+ hour trip to go meet Chloe and see the selection. She treated me great and with lots of patience on her part. I narrowed down my search that afternoon and then still that day we made a deal and I purchased my first Mini that just happened to be a convertible. My husband and I recently had our bmw repaired at Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Carmel. The mechanic did an excellent job and was very personable and knowledgeable. It’s very unfortunate to go into a dealership and have your good credit rating get shoot down fair/poor. If you are a sales person and working to be the best please don’t offer to help if you know what yo your good credit rating get shoot down fair/poor. Especially people of color which includes me. To run a credit report to 4 or 5 lenders is absurd!!! Now it’s back to square one to work off the hard inquires. Horrible experience!!!
