Joey,Joe Paul L and Tom made a rare problem I had with a new X5 right. They worked to make me happy above and beyond. An electrical issue that caused me to be stranded several times was fixed. They asked what would make ME happy and they did just that. This is my 4th BMW from this dealer. First time I had what appeared to be a major problem and they did everything and more to satisfy me as a very demanding customer. Problems will happen with high tech mechanical item like BMWs knowing this team will stand behind it will keep me coming back to Dreyer south.
