Service I have been driving BMW vehicles for a short time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the service staff at D&R. Kyra and Eli I have been driving BMW vehicles for a short time. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by the service staff at D&R. Kyra and Elizabeth are allows going above the call of duty in regards to keeping me informed of the status of our vehicles. I have not had a situation where I needed to bring back our vehicles due to a wrong diagnosis or poor service by the service technician. Like the slogan goes, “The Ultimate Driving Machine”, this is the “Ultimate BMW Team” at D&R. More

Brian called me first thing Monday morning and my car, with some major repairs needed, was done Monday night. I have never experienced such fast, professional and easy going service at a dealer in my life. This will be the only place we bring our Subaru’s! More
Loaner car fiasco Took BMW in for warranty work. Was told I would have a BMW loaner when I made appointment 10 days earlier. I arrive on time, and am told no BMW loan Took BMW in for warranty work. Was told I would have a BMW loaner when I made appointment 10 days earlier. I arrive on time, and am told no BMW loaners are available but Enterprise Rental will be coming in about 20 minutes. Over 2 hours later, Enterprise car is available for me but it's an ECONOBOX - a Mitsubishi Mirage - the cheapest car out there with an MSRP of $13K!! I am giving them a BMW, I expect something similar in return. I tell the service advisor that this is unacceptable. He replies this is all they've got. I say no way I'm accepting an econobox car that I barely fit in. You need to do something else. He goes to talk with manager and BAM! 3 BMW X5's roll out and are now available for loaners, within 5 minutes. That means they had these available the WHOLE time, and whoever left in the Nissan Versa and other crappy cars got the shaft. Bad taste in my mouth for the first visit. Good points: Communication was pretty good. They didn't do any work that cost me money unless authorized. Explained and answered all my questions. Will I go back? It's the only game in town for me unless I want to drive an extra hour away. UGH. More

Another Time With D & R Had been looking at several small suv’s to trade our Subaru Legacy in on. Mazda, Toyota, and Honda. This dealership responded quickly, answered my questions completely, and quoted the best "out the door price." They were patient while I worked with the insurance adjusters and flexible with our traveling schedule. They maintained contact but were not intrusive.
