This dealerships runs practices that I’m pretty sure are illegal. They told me I have to take this 3,500 extended warranty so that the loan will go through. However, if you’re going to make it sound like the lender requires it to get it to go through, that’s just a lie. Not in the least bit surprising that they try to get you to write a survey before you’ve even bought the car. Much easier to control the narrative that way and keep a 4.7 rating over there. Manager did reach out to me same day as I wrote this survey to express his concern of this happening at his location. I do appreciate the fact that he’s willing to look into it and wants to ensure that this does not continue to happen. More

We went in with what we wanted and mislead on different occasions. Was given salvage price for a trade, online it says Military discount given but once in the door, they say must retire from Military to re occasions. They called the next day asking what they could do to get us back. You lost us in the process. When we drive an hour for a vehicle, we want to buy a vehicle, not be harassed. More
