Fiasco Called today to find out about the availability of a vehicle I'd seen on their website. They said it was available. I asked them to double check because I was going to be driving 70 miles to look at it. They double checked and confirmed that it was there. I arrived 90 minutes later and was told it had sold and that they didn't have it there when I had called either, but asked if I'd be interested in some conferrable options. The manager asked me not to curse at him, at which point I left. They called me while I was on my way back home to say there had been a miscommunication and that the truck I came to see WAS still there, and that they had looked for the wrong one before. Ouch! They apologized and said if I was still interested they could throw in some oil changes. OMG. Like oil changes would mean jack crap to me when I live 70 miles away. Brilliant. Steer clear of this mess, whatever you do. More

Had a horrible experience at Briggs Nissan!! Bad business. They told me several times that I was buying a 4x4 (they said I couldn't test it out because there was no snow) Two days later, the 2WD the business. I got lied to about a car from your employees and Scott Teenor called on 3/19/2013 to help with the problem and was going to get back to me in a few days...1.5 months later no call back. Russell Briggs called on 3/20/2013 and said he would get back to me and no call back either. Russell Briggs said I would be a very happy person when he was done and I'm still not a happy person.
