Do not buy a car from Doxon DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Doxon, the sales process was smooth, but the post-sales is horrific. I purchased DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Doxon, the sales process was smooth, but the post-sales is horrific. I purchased some additional products that had to be installed by their service department. I’ve now been calling for a month and have not received the products I purchased nor have I been able to schedule a service. So far all I’ve been told is: “he’s on vacation”, “you didn’t buy a car here”, “there isn’t a weeo (whatever that is)” and my personal favorite “that’s not my job”. The only good thing I can say is that it's a great truck, I just wish I bought it somewhere else. More

Disappointment again. Oil change took over 2 hours. I missed a follow up appointment due to them telling me it would only be an hour. Never get a complimentary car wash Oil change took over 2 hours. I missed a follow up appointment due to them telling me it would only be an hour. Never get a complimentary car wash. This is the third time they did not dry my truck. Left hard water marks all over and had to get re-washed again. Looked worse than before it went in. Again third time. I even asked them to dry, but third time, Shame on me Lesson learned I will never be back! More
