Everything was fine except for the tire pressure. When I left my gauge was still on and showing no pressures for any of my tires. I made an appointment for service on my car and was assured that the customer service area would be safe and secure in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The lady assured me that people are required assured that the customer service area would be safe and secure in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The lady assured me that people are required to wear masks and the furniture and floors are cleaned regularly. PLUS, the doors have signs that state everyone is required to wear masks upon entering the building. Unfortunately, there were people who came into the large open room I was in and sat in the chairs on both side of me who were not wearing masks drinking their drinks from Starbucks. I was wearing my mask but these people had a total disregard for the safety protocol. I got up and left the area to limit my exposure. I talked to my service advisor, Jamie, and she said that is a shame people are so inconsiderate. I am disappointed that Doxon does not uphold their promise to keep all their customers safe from COVID. It will be long time before I go back to their service department for car maintenance. I have been a long time Toyota owner since 1979, having had 2 Supras, 6 Camrys and 1 Corolla (3 of my vehicles icluding my last one were bought from Doxon). My expectation is that the managers at Doxon uphold the promises for a safe and secure place to get my car maintenance. . More
Took my highlander in for 50,000 service. Expecting great service thoroughly disappointed. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Got a text said car was ready. When I got to check out desk service writer was in a hurry an service thoroughly disappointed. Waited for 1 1/2 hours. Got a text said car was ready. When I got to check out desk service writer was in a hurry and seemed rushed. Got to my car drove home. Looked at my bill and on it said I declined to have cabin and air filter changed. Not true! I expected them to be changed. Keep in mind I drive over an hour to get to Doxon and take a day off work. I could go to a dealer 10 minutes from my house. But I chose Doxon because they have had great service in the past.. I have bought both vehicles from Doxon and this is my first critical review. More

Haven’t had an issue with Doxon Toyota yet. Just had a front and rear brake job done and they were up front about the price, the car was also cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. Customer service has gone downhill I have been going to Doxon for over 20 years, have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have gotten most of my service and repair there. I have noticed I have been going to Doxon for over 20 years, have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have gotten most of my service and repair there. I have noticed the last couple years though, there has been high turnover in the service department. I used to deal with the same advisor all the time, now she is gone and I have a new advisor every time. The last time I went for service I needed my blinker lever replaced because the knob that turns on the headlights had fallen off. I got charged $90 to "diagnose" it and was told it needed replaced. Duh. That is what I requested to have done. Then I was told they had to order the part and quoted me $400 to replace it! I said no thanks. I used to recommend this dealership to people all the time, now I don't think I will ever go back and definitely won't recommend them to anyone again. I'm not sure what has happened in the last couple years to have such high turnover, but as a long time customer, I am very disappointed. More
I was looking for a Lexus ES 350 and contacted Doxon. I've never heard of this place so I thought it would be a smaller personable experience. I was trading in my Lexus IS250 which retail that $24000 tr I've never heard of this place so I thought it would be a smaller personable experience. I was trading in my Lexus IS250 which retail that $24000 trade in value $17000 according to Kelley Blue Book because it have low miles and it's in great condition. The young lady I thought I was working with by the name of Kerry said that She did know too much about Lexus so she had a guy named Liban to come talk to me. Keep in mind when I walked into the dealership I told the lady that I did not know that this was a large dealership and from my experience large dealerships treat to pretty crappy. She said we've been around since 1938 and we are a family owned business so I was going to give these guys a try. Back to Liban, The add to as if he really didn't care and that when I was explaining to him really didn't matter this was the deal he had for me take it or leave it. They offer me $11500 for my car which was unbelievable. Especially when the low value was $17000. I also the told him That their vehicle was over priced And he insisted that it was not and I told him I had proof and when I showed him other vehicles that were the exact same vehicle but cheaper he could not say anything. Mind you I have a one credit and my financing was already approved to what I wanted to buy. I just wanna say congratulations to Liban for successfully allowing me to leave with my $26000.00 All I was doing was trying to get the best deal for me and his rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills allowed that dealership to receive $0.00 dollars from me. Doxon is not a family business just the same ole same ole cookie cutter greedy dealership. I'm a radio announcer I'm going to make sure that my 12000 member of Facebook group do not ever go to this dealership More
