Excellent service center, but customer service I came into the center on 9/17/16 and was helped out by a guy who was friendly and quick with getting what I wanted. After he got my car ready for a service, I went inside to get my service summarized which I was impressed with the help I was getting as well as getting every detail explained pretty well. However, I don't think one of your employees realize that they should be providing customer service all the time. Out of my 16+ years of coming into this center for the service, I went to pick up drinks and snacks like I usually do and I felt attacked by a blond woman employee. All she had to say were that the cookies weren't ready but she decided to go above and beyond and say you used your hands when this was for other people as well. She went on saying that in a loud voice where people could hear and that doesn't make me, the customer, feel better about what I've done. Little does she know that I've worked in the fast food industry and have knowledge of how food handling works. I didn't want to cause a scene and argue with her and I just said sorry. I don't mean to take this little thing to the extreme but if your employees can't handle simple customer service like this, what does that say to Toyota as a company especially when one of their core values is customer first and respect for people? I did not feel respected today and I will not be going back to this toyota branch for my service again or purchasing any cars as well. More

Ken Thompson was an awesome and great person. Me and my husband was treated good by Ken T. He was very knowledgeable about the car that I was interested, and showed all the options I need.
