Coupon must be printed. I had a coupon on my phone and wasn't allowed to use it. I was told by the cashier that a coupon must be printed prior to coming to the dealership. I did not mention it to the person at the intake, only allowed to use a coupon if it's presented prior to getting the work done. It makes me wonder if I would get the same service if using a coupon. This is the first time I've left the dealership feeling unhappy with them. More

Personable & reliable. Always a job well done. Ci oany's work efics is evident from the greeters to the maintenance and mechanics who actually do the work in your vehicle. I do miss Scott Hummel and the gentleman that would greet me when I drove up, as they knew me and knew my vehicle and would always give outstanding service. However I was very impressed with Holly and Aimee's service team yesterday. Holly had told me that, after initial inspection, rear brakes were recommended. When the service department got in and looked at it more closely they discovered I didn't need new back brakes after all. I appreciated their honesty. More
