25,000 mile check I was met immediately in the service drive up. There was no waiting for the service writer. She identified my appointment, printed out the paperwork I was met immediately in the service drive up. There was no waiting for the service writer. She identified my appointment, printed out the paperwork and I was off to the quiet room. (Side note, I lover the fact that you have a quiet room to read, work, undistracted. Thanks you.) Service was much faster than anticipated, the service writer came and found me, and I was very impressed that I did not have to endure unneeded service on things that were still in good shape. She checked to make sure I had no more Toyota Care privileges, I paid and off to work. Frankly, a much more pleasant experience than in the past. Another side note, I appreciate the wash and vacuum, nice added touch! More
