"Excellent Experience with Service Department!" Brought my 2006 Sienna in for Rear Shock Replacement. Kevin Moon was very helpful and professional dealing with my Appointment and setting me up with Brought my 2006 Sienna in for Rear Shock Replacement. Kevin Moon was very helpful and professional dealing with my Appointment and setting me up with a Loaner vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and Kevin had a vehicle ready for me to take overnight. Service had my vehicle ready by 11:00 AM the next day. Overall a Very Good Experience. Oil Change It took quite a while for an oil change (for which I had an appointment) but they did have a few things I wanted them to check out; such as why the ai It took quite a while for an oil change (for which I had an appointment) but they did have a few things I wanted them to check out; such as why the air conditioning wasn't working any more. They found that the last time I brought my RAV4 in for some work, they forgot to hook up the condenser. There was no charge. Everybody there is friendly and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. I like having a clean car every 3 months or every oil change. More
