Rodent chewed wires on my Sequoia. Arrived at service first thing in the morning after starting that morning and several dash warning lights on. Didn't get the oil change done that day but came back the next week without an appointment and Kevin worked it in even though no more walk ins being taken. Excellent and Courteous I arrived 10 minutes early for my 15,000 checkup and a recall fix. I had been told it would be a 2 hour appointment, so I had asked if I could get a I arrived 10 minutes early for my 15,000 checkup and a recall fix. I had been told it would be a 2 hour appointment, so I had asked if I could get a shuttle ride back to work (10 minutes away) and was told I could. The intake was very quick and friendly but when I asked about the shuttle, I was told the driver had just gone out and would be back in 15-20 minutes. So I waited in the very nice waiting area. 45 minutes later, my service representative, who was very apologetic, came to tell me the shuttle had finally returned, but my car was ready, except for the wash and vacuum. So I just waited a few more minutes and drove back to work. I was very happy with the quick service, but next time, I'll just bring my laptop along and get some work done at the dealership since they provide a nice place to work, instead of relying on the shuttle (I have to make up the time I missed away from work). More
