Their Sign said to wait in my car so I did but nobody came so I waited outside but still nobody came so I finally went into the office. I was told service would take 2-3 hours and I’d get a call but did came so I waited outside but still nobody came so I finally went into the office. They did not call the right number even though I watched the tech write down the number I provided him. Additionally, they claim to have tested the battery and it passed. Was not greeted or acknowledged for almost 10 min when I arrived. Ended up waiting almost 4 hours for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) even with a confirmed online reservation. This sho arrived. Ended up waiting almost 4 hours for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) even with a confirmed online reservation. This shouldn’t have taken more than an hour, especially with a reservation and considering the fact that I saw no one else waiting for service. What’s the point of making a reservation if my car just ends up in the daily queue anyway? Service team had no urgency and just didn’t seem to care. More
