Terrifyingly incompetent operations on Service side and Service Manager is dishonest. Brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Upon completion, car checked out perfect according to their findings. On way home from picking up car, noticed tires were low and TPS light went on. Inflated tires but TPS continued on. Brought back to dealer first time and they claim that it was a false positive and cleared the error. On way home, TPS light came on again. I called the shop and was told by the dispatcher that my TPS sensor required replacement with zero regard to the fact that they just inspected my car a week before. I brought back a second time and they finally found a nail in the tire (debunking amateur dispatcher claim), and Svc Mgr apologized claiming that the techs “should have raised the car” and after multiple trips to this business wasting my precious time, the manager said that they would need to replace all 4 tires since they required replacement even just one week after claiming my tires were in great shape (measured 5/6 tread) from their inspection a week before. Moral of the story- don’t come here. Bunch of non-experts guessing their way though repairs that steal from your wallet. Ended up paying 15 dollars to patch tire from local shop who verified the tire remained in good shape. More
