Booked the first service in the morning so I had to wait for staff to come in. However service were prompt and they kept the car clean. Waiting area was bare but clean. Super disappointed with my service, I was over charged and have in writing I would get reimbursed if my insurance didn't pay for it. I have called several times and was told I should be getting a check in and have in writing I would get reimbursed if my insurance didn't pay for it. Also after waiting for over a month to get my car fixed while stranded in california as a Massachusetts resident. I had my steering wheel column replaced and it now makes a loud vibrating noise whenever the wheel is turned all the way to the side while moving. It NEVER did that before so something was done wrong. Horrible horrible service I never want to go back to this dealership, let alone another Subaru after this experience. More
